Easy T is a manually operated deburring machine
suitable for various metalworking processes such as grinding,
deburring, edge rounding and polishing for various types of materials
- stainless steel, steel, copper, brass and aluminum.
The grinding
head with two rotating tools (grinding wheel or brush) is mounted on a
swivel arm.
The Easy T is equipped with a freely adjustable
speed and a vacuum system, so that workpieces are fixed on the table.
It is a cost effective and effective solution for conventional
grinding and deburring. All edges of the workpiece are machined from
all angles and directions. The grinding head can be swiveled through
180 ° and enables a quick change of the grinding
tool.

When deburring from above, the workpieces are pressed
onto the high-grip lid.
Fast processing, low costs
The
brush ensures the rounding of the edges of the workpiece. The standard
brushes have a diameter of 150 mm. To deburr the product, use a
support pad with a grinding disc. Depending on the height and hardness
of the burr, you can set the grinding wheel at a slight angle to allow
more pressure on the burr.
