Continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM) which has a production capacity
of ± 1.000 kg of sweet, sour, or cultured butter per hour (salted or
unsalted). It operates with an input of approximately 2.000 liters of
cultured and/or sweet cream per hour (35–42% fat, pH ~4.8, inlet
temperature 8–13 °C). The unit is fully electrically driven. All
