Simon Freres Butter bulk packing without kneading effect or damages to
the structure. Automatic filling of butter into carton and cases
between 5 to 25 kg. Currently this machine is set for carton boxes of
10 kg butter blocks. Dimensions of the forming head: 120 mm x 90 mm.
Extrusion length of the block is adjustable on time. Feeding by a big
volume feeding hopper with 2 large diameter augers / screws, all made
out of stainless steel. Infeed conveyor and manually position the
folded carton box in front of the extruder. Manual close the box and
move it forward on the non driven outfeed conveyor. Motor: ± 3 kW -
380 V - 50 Hz. New simple control panel with universal timer for
adding the dosing time, H51253732 emergency stop and main switch.
