Separate water and gas circuits, gravity-assisted and forced draining, an automatic rinsing screw feed and rinser bypass support flexible bottle preparation. The rinser can be configured for single-stage or dual-stage operation.The filling module uses isobaric technology for beer applications, while the single-head crown capper is supplied with a separate capsule elevator. A false-bottle system is included for foam-jet nozzle washing. The independent GAI 6013 self-adhesive labeling station provides a dedicated labeling stage within the bottling workflow.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires a 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz electrical connection.
