Unit
- 2 vertical swivable brushes (left / right), diameter 350 mm, to sand
the profiled surface of the panels and window frames.
- Power of both brushes 0,55 kW
- 1 Sanding lamella roller for surfaces, diameter 420 mm; length 1600
mm.

- 3 upper sanding discs, diameter 400 mm, to process the lengthwise
and crosswise positioned wooden fibres .

All tools are frequency controlled.
All brushes are equipped with quick changable sanding lamellas.
All discs will be equipped with air nozzles.
Sanding discs are equipped with velcro fastener system.
The feed and the rotation speed are controlled via electronical
devices to aviod edge breaking
Ball screw guidance for the movement of the units for high bearing
W51214335 capacity and high precision.
Motorized feed belt frequecy controlled, 0,55kW.
Under the units there are pressing rollers diameter 80 mm, rubber
coated to fix workpieces during the process.
