Automatic foil wrapping machine which can be used for packing products
like margarine or butter into aluminium foil. The machine is in a good
as condition with main control panel with Siemens S7-200 PLC and
frequency converter and operation panel with Siemens TD200 Operator
Interface. Previously used in a margarine factory. The machine is
equiped with a rotating forming drum with 4x rectangular molding
chambers. The format on the machine is 250 gram, 98 x 65 x ± 41 mm.
SIG folding principle (folding flap on the side, for less foil usage).
The margarine is feed with a direct connection with compensator and
return line. The machine is equiped with a photocell on the paper
infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil. The
speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter between 30 - 120
packages per minute (depending on product, packaging material and
surrounding conditions). Oil lubrication by oil bath for the curves
and bearings inside the machine. Outfeed conveyor of ± 1,5 meter.,
