Overview Krones Ergomodul modular container labeller, built in 2020.
The carrousel table carries 30 rotary plates on a 1,200 mm pitch
diameter at a machine pitch of 125.6 mm; containers run anticlockwise
after the infeed, in a frontal arrangement with two discharge
starwheels. Finish RAL 9018 papyrus white in the wet-line section. Two
docking positions at the carrousel, both in operation, take any of the
four interchangeable labelling stations that belong to the machine:
two ERGOMATIC-CL cold-glue stations and two AUTOCOL-TS self-adhesive
stations. Stations are exchanged without tools, so cold-glue and
self-adhesive labelling run on the same carrousel; height adjustment
of the top part and of every station is motorised with container type
