Overview This KOSME FLEXA 15/720 P3 MM is a rotary labelling machine
for pre-cut labels, built in 2013. It carries two wet-glue labelling
stations, and a third station adds hot-melt labelling, so one machine
covers several labelling tasks. It suits bottlers who work with
pre-cut labels and need to switch between different labelling jobs.
Bottles enter and leave the labelling carousel via infeed and outfeed
starwheels, guided through the carousel by container plates and top
centring bells. Brush units and side pressing belts in the outfeed
area press the labels on. The machine is fully enclosed by transparent
safety doors and panels and is operated from a KOSME touch panel that
shows machine and production data. The machine is set up with 4
formats, covering containers from 400 to 450 g/ml, and reaches an
