Hourly production: 1500 bottles/hour Fits standard 0.75 l bottles FIMER is a company that has been producing bottling machinery for more than 50 years, with particular attention to fillers which are the only machines that come into contact with the product to be bottled. as regards the wine product, it is particularly important to minimize oxidative stress which, if not regulated, can negatively impact the product by reducing its useful life. This machine is therefore equipped with a deaeration station which, after creating a vacuum in the bottle, fills it with inert gas (choice of nitrogen or CO2). These gases, having a greater density than air, do not escape in the very short time of moving the bottle from the deaeration station to the filling taps. Filling takes place with a slight depression, a system that E4461673 guarantees the absence of dripping, better priming and greater precision and consistency of filling. Finally, the capper creates a vacuum in the headspace just before insertion of the cap. All these measures contribute to protecting the wine from the oxygen present in the air.
