Behringer HBP 430N ? Robust double-column band saw
for professional use
The HBP 430 N is a high-performance
horizontal double-column band saw designed for industrial use,
offering impressive cutting precision, robust construction and
reliability. It is ideally suited for use in mechanical engineering,
steel construction, metal fabrication, as well as in manufacturing and
metalworking workshops.
With a cutting range of up to Ø 430
mm or 600 × 430 mm at 90°, both solid material and tubes and
sections can be processed cost-effectively. A working area of 320 ×
430 mm is available for mitre cuts up to 45°. The infinitely variable
cutting speed, ranging from 17 to 110 m/min, allows for optimum
adaptation to a wide variety of materials.
The band saw is
equipped with a powerful 7.5 kW saw unit, a hydraulic material feed
system and a cooling lubricant system with a capacity of 150 litres.
The band tension of 80 bar ensures a high level of process reliability
and a long service life for the saw band. Despite its own weight of
around 2,100 kg, the material loading height of 700 mm allows for
ergonomic working.
The electrical supply is 400 V / 50 Hz
with a connected load of approx. 11 kW. The control system operates at
24 V DC. A cable cross-section of at least 4 × 6 mm² is recommended
for operation.
The HBP 430N is in very good condition, has
seen little use, and embodies Behringer?s proven quality; it remains a
reliable production machine for precise saw cuts in continuous
operation. Thanks to its robust construction and simple design, it is
suitable for both daily workshop use and demanding industrial
applications.
