CapabilitiesDesigned as an integrated rinser-filler-capper block, this
machine can serve as the central filling station in a used bottling
line for PET bottle production. Neck-handling bottle transfer supports
stable container movement through the rinsing, filling and capping
stages. The quick format-change arrangement supports changeovers
between the listed 0.5L, 1.5L and 2.0L bottle formats, making the
monoblock suitable for production lines that require multiple package
sizes.The pneumatic cap elevator and feeder manufactured by BERTOLASO
supplies caps to the AROL capping section. Upstream and downstream
conveyor systems can be coordinated with the monoblock for integration
with bottle handling, labeling, secondary packaging and palletizing

incorporated into the site layout and utility plan. Adequate access is
required around the monoblock for operation, cleaning, format changes
and connection to upstream and downstream conveyor sections.The bottle
transfer system is designed for neck handling. Integration should
