Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and
sealing of flat bags or stand-up pouches (doypacks) with a spout on
top. Suitable for small doypacks. Integration of liquid and paste
dosing units possible. One bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing
unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted.
The possibility to upgrade the machine with a second dosing unit and
charging hopper does exist , either to handle two different materials
or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the
production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous
materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface
(different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature

purposes. The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. Eye
marks must be present on the film. We gladly verify and confirm on
basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite
film.
