Aerator (alias whipping machine, foam producer, foam generator,
industry mixer) for manufacturing foam for a wide range of different
products. The heart of the machine is the mixing head, the „inline
axial flow mixer. This mixing head consists of a rotor and a stator,
which are equipped with many pins to guarantee a precise rotation. A
liquid or pasty medium is transported preciseley through the pump. At
the entrance of the mixing head, nitrogen is proportional dosed to the
product quantity. Due to the rotation of the mixing head, nitrogen
bladders are consistently distributed. The foam can be take from at
the exit of the mixing head. The end product is a whipped mass which
is now ready for filling. Mixing head type AERO 4.0 / 1368 square pin.
