Overview This fill level and closure inspection unit was manufactured in 2014 by the German company Krones AG. The Krones Checkmat 731 was used for overfill and underfill detection based on high-frequency (HF) measurement as well as closure control for metal caps via sensor technology integrated into the filler. The system was recently dismantled in full working condition after being replaced by a newer camera-based inspection system. All peripheral components such as trigger light barriers, encoder, and pusher were properly disconnected and are included in the delivery.
