Overview This isobaric glass bottle filler was manufactured in 1986–87 by German company Krones and commissioned in 1988. It is a Krones Mecafill VK2V K126-308 with 96 filling valves and 18 capper heads for crown cork closures. The filler has been continuously upgraded with new technology, including a Siemens S7-300 control system (2009) and a retrofitted Krones capper (2004). It is suitable for beer, cider, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonade, carbonated and still water. The machine is still in production (can be seen on the video) and will be dismantled by the end of September 2025. Spare parts from the warehouse are included. Overview This fill level and closure inspection unit was manufactured in 2014 by the German company Krones AG. The Krones Checkmat 731 was used for overfill and underfill detection based on high-frequency (HF) measurement as well as closure control for metal caps via sensor technology integrated into the filler. The system was recently dismantled in full working condition after being replaced by a newer camera-based inspection system. All peripheral components such as trigger light barriers, encoder, and pusher were properly disconnected and are included in the delivery.
