Ce tour INDEX C-42 Speed Line a été fabriqué en 2004. Cette machine a été initialement connectée en 2005 et est équipée d’un système de commande Siemens 840. Il est équipé d’un alimentateur IRCO à barres courtes pour une manipulation efficace des matériaux et une productivité accrue. Au total, il possède 5 axes, dont Z, X, C, B et Y. Il offre ainsi une polyvalence inégalée dans les opérations d’usinage. Avec 3 tourelles d’outils et des supports VDI 25, cela permet des changements d’outils précis et rapides pour répondre à divers besoins de fabrication.
