Overview This Robopac Genesis Futura HS is an automatic rotating-ring
stretch wrapper for pallet loads, built in 2023. It has less than 500
operating hours and is technically close to new. The rotating ring
carries the pre-stretch carriage around the stationary pallet, which
allows high throughput without moving the load: up to 92 pallets per
hour at 13 wraps and 1,000 mm load height, 77 pallets per hour at 17
wraps and 1,600 mm, 70 pallets per hour at 19 wraps and 2,000 mm. The
machine is delivered as a stand-alone unit with integrated roller
conveyor and is prepared for line integration over Ethernet TCP/IP.
