This system is ideally designed for shearing desired lengths and quantities of flat bars up to 600x15 mm and 6 m length. THE ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF: Drive roller with hydraulically controlled pinch roller. Servo motor with linear encoder. B&,R Power Control 500 10”user friendly touch screen control mounted in a control cabinet. Positive hydraulic clamping. Fix guide rollers. Manually adjustable straight guide rollers. 6m roller bed conveyor. Electric cabinet THE WORK PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: Place the flat bar on the rollers Adjust the lateral rollers to the width of the flat bar Clamp the material with the hydraulic hold down Run the program previously generated through Geka´s Line Pro software.
