FORMAT4 PROFIT H08 21.31P CNC router was built in 2021 in Austria by
the FELDER GROUP. The machine is designed for the precision machining
of materials such as mild steel, wood and plastics. The machining is
performed on a vacuum table with a length of 3000 mm and a width of
2000 mm, using a high-speed spindle. To maintain high machining
accuracy, tools taken from the 15-position magazine are continuously
measured by a special sensor. The axes are driven by high-performance
YASKAWA servo motors, which guarantee high feed dynamics even during
intensive use.
The FORMAT4 PROFIT H08 21.31P is operated using the intuitive TpaCAD
CAD/CAM software, which facilitates project preparation and machining
management. The machine is also equipped with, among others, two
BECKER vacuum pumps and an automatic lubrication system. All this
makes the FORMAT4 PROFIT H08 router an excellent choice for businesses
with a diverse production profile.
