Material weight range: approx. 100g/m²-1000g/m², needle machine manufacturer: Dilo, max. roll width: 2100mm, max. production speed: 200m/h, needling capacity: approx. 1200strokes/min, main motor: 45kW Siemens, total system dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 10m/4.5m/4.5m. Process steps: nonwoven web feeding, carrier nonwoven feeding, material feeding (herbs), material dosing, material distribution, top nonwoven laydown, needle station, cutting/to length cutting, winding/rewinding, dust extraction. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible. The line is complete including accessories, peripheral equipment and a small sample needle machine.
