Heavy signs of wear, complete but limited functionality, in need of repair
The cleaning trolley is used to take over the tunnel housings in the lock area and is intended for transport to the washing area.
When lowering the tunnel housings onto the cleaning trolley with the help of the hydraulic rescue vehicle, care must be taken to ensure that the vehicle is approached in the middle and that the tabs on the underside of the tunnel housing are then located in the inner area of the car frame.
On the one hand, this achieves a secure support and on the other hand, it automatically prevents slipping off the table.
By releasing the lock, the contact surface can be tilted to allow washing-up water to drain into the tunnel. The desired tilting behaviour (centre of gravity definition) can be adjusted by means of axis shift.
The cleaning trolley also has two steerable locking rollers, which can be operated if necessary, and two fixed castors
