Speed considered: 1 m/min for normal profiles
*The system design has been taken into consideration average values. Weight 5 Kg/profile (7m). The maximum profile section to be treated is 240x120 mm.
The oven is still in almost its original condition, while all other components, such as the transport system, the transport chains, the painting booth and the coating technologies, as well as the pre-treatment and final treatment line, have been constantly optimized, renewed and adapted.
