The Multiskan FC covers a wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm, allowing for a wide range of applications, from enzyme kinetic studies to Lowry assays. The device takes fast and accurate measurements. For example, the complete measurement of a 96-well plate is possible in less than seven seconds. The device is equipped with a linear shaker as standard. An incubator model reaches incubation temperatures up to 50°C and is capable of reading 384-well microplates. SkanIt software supports the optimal use of the device through a visual workflow, effortless data analysis, and export capabilities.
