1x top wine bottling line used, 28 straw rinser, 20 mm drop pressure filler, 4 mm BVS screw capper Datz, for 2,500 – 3,000 bottles/h, with the following details:
– 28 straw rinser, built in 2009, type ST-28-100, was operated with peracetic acid, as a 2-channel rinser,
– 20 mm drop pressure filler Borelli, built in 2012, RM line, newly serviced via Baltes (filling valves completely resealed + bearing filler renewed)
– 4-piece screw capper Dr. Datz, built in 2010, divided into 2 stations of 4 heads each; 1st station for Stelwin Lux closures with internal thread / 2nd station for BVS 30×60 screw closures, incl. built-up storage container for approx. 1,500 closures
– Swivel collectible table is also included
– Available bottle formats: 1 ltr. Flail + 0.75 ltr. Mallet, 0,75 tr. Bordeaux + 0.75 ltr. Burgundy
