Used evaporating machine for milk and caramel masses by Spomasz Pleszew type DUO CAA-9. After a complete overhaul in 2018, it meets all the parameters as DUO CAA-18.

- heated steam at a pressure of: 8 Bar

- a used motor-reducer from the Italian company Bonfigioli
- inner coat made of acid resistant steel
