SCHRÖDER MAK3 3000/4.0 Folding Machines

SCHRÖDER MAK3 3000/4.0 sheet metal folding machine was built in 2013 in Germany by Hans Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH. The machine is designed for the precise folding of sheet metal with a maximum length of 3000 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. It enables repeatable bends at a specified angle, making it suitable for the production of sheet metal components with various geometries, used in many industries.

The folding process involves clamping the sheet metal against the worktable using a clamping beam, then bending the protruding section with a folding beam. The mechanical drive used provides the force required to effectively fold the sheet metal along the machine’s entire working length. Operation of the machine is facilitated by the SCHRÖDER POS 2000 controller, which enables quick programming of working parameters. The SCHRÖDER MAK3 mechanical folding machine weighs 4150 kg.
