The REIDEN RX14 Machining Center, constructed in 2014 and installed in 2015, offers advanced manufacturing capabilities with the HEIDENHAIN TNC640 CNC controller. It features extensive axis travel (X: 1,800 mm, Y: 1,800 mm, Z: 1,210 mm, A: -15° to +105°) and a rapid traverse of 40 m/min. The spindle delivers 15,000 rpm with a power of 63/73 kW for efficient processing. The worktable, measuring ø1,400 x 1,200 mm, supports up to 5,000 kg. Equipped with a 92-slot HSK-A100 tool magazine, it includes numerous enhancements like an electronic handwheel, chip conveyor, and collision monitoring.
