OASI robotic material handling system. S (Open Automation Systems Integrator Server) for automatic loading and unloading of intravenous drip bags and trays.
This system is designed to transport filled intravenous drip bags from the cleanroom, load and position drip bags into trays using a pick and place robot, stack trays on a pallet, as well as move pallets with empty trays to and from cells. The system consists of connecting conveyors, a 'clean' station with a delta robot, a robotic loading station (delta and 4-axis robot), an unloading station (2x 4-axis robot).
The line includes the following works:
-3 x FANUC M-410iC/315 robot serial numbers: R24500486, R24500487, R24500488 year of manufacture 2024
-delta robot FANUC M-3iA/6S, serial number R244001FB, year of manufacture 2024

Individual robotic stations are equipped with dedicated grippers, 4 Buuusch MM 1104 B V03 TNXX pumps, transport feeders, additional electrical cabinets and many other accessories.
