We offer a complete pelletizing / regranulation line for plastics (PVC/PE/PP and blends), fully integrated and ready to work. The heart of the line is a KraussMaffei 2-60 KK twin-screw extruder (2×60/125) combined with a GNEUSS SF 90 screen changer. At the end of the line there is an air-cooled vibrating sieve and a transport fan conveying the granulate into Big-Bags, together with complete piping.

-Air-cooled vibrating sieve – dust removal and stabilisation of granulate quality
-Transport fan to Big-Bag – pneumatic conveying; Big-Bag station can be provided on request

-Control cabinet with operator panel (on a mobile trolley)

Tests, acceptance and commissioning:

-It is possible to carry out test runs of the line at our facility, using the Customer’s material (including a filter test on the GNEUSS SF 90 by prior appointment).
-The line price includes technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer’s material.
-At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer’s plant and staff training in operation and basic maintenance.
