ISO-standard power output: 1,029 kW — Engine hours: 60,000 — Crankshaft: standard size (STD)
OPTION 1 – Disassembled engine block, each component individually preserved, ready for storage or reassembly. Work performed:
Block brushing/cleaning
Pre-wash of cylinders in Ceever tank
Final wash
Inspection and lapping of main bearing housings
Lapping and inspection of crankshaft (standard size)
Unplugging, washing and re-plugging of crankshaft oil galleries
Washing, lapping and inspection of camshaft
Price: € 9,200 (as seen) — Availability: immediate — Delivery terms: Ex-Works
OPTION 2 – Fully assembled engine block. Includes all work from Option 1 plus:
Oil pump overhaul
Replacement of main bearings and thrust washers
Replacement of oil sump gaskets
Timing cover overhaul including replacement of main components (bearings, O-rings and hardware)
Price: € 17,500 — Availability: three weeks from order date — Delivery terms: Ex-Works
