The GEA Westfalia SA 35-01-076 is used in the butter oil industry as a continuous, self-cleaning centrifugal separator that polish the butteroil after the product is concentrated by a concentration separator., Machine comes with the bowl, motor (18,5 kW), base plate with feet, cyclone, water valves, all inlet/outlet pipes with pumps, service tools for maintenance and a big lot of spare parts., Additional features:, Excluding:, - Motor cover., - Control panel., This separator is part of a butteroil production and purification process. The process flow is illustrated in the attached P&IDs and flowcharts., Butterfat is first melted and conditioned in the T100 process. During melting, citric acid is added at a dosage of 0,5 kg per 1.000 kg of butterfat. The melted product is then transferred through a preheater and heated to approximately 80–85 °C before entering the separation section. The melting and preheating equipment are excluded from the scope of supply., Prior to Separator #01, the butterfat is mixed with hot water for a washing step. Approximately 2.300 kg/h of butterfat is combined with 1.150 L/h of water at approximately 95 °C, corresponding to a 50% washing water ratio., The washed product is fed to Separator #01:, - Alfa Laval BRPX 213-14S, - Hamburg Machinery stock number: #1506, After the first separation stage, the product is transferred to Separator #02:, - Westfalia SA35-01-076, - Hamburg Machinery stock number: #1507, This second separation stage provides the final purification of the butteroil. The finished product, with a purity of approximately 99,5% milk fat, is subsequently transferred to the T200 process for further processing or storage., The heavy phases, including sludge and fat-containing wastewater from the first two separators, are routed to Separator #03:, - Alfa Laval CMPX 213, - Hamburg Machinery stock number: #1508, Separator #03 is used as a recovery and rework separator. Its function is to separate residual fat from the heavy phase, produce clarified wastewater, and recover approximately 10–40% of the fat, which is returned to the T100 process for reprocessing., This configuration maximizes butterfat recovery, minimizes product losses, and ensures efficient wastewater clarification within the butteroil production process., Type of Machine: Butter oil separator, Capacity input: ± 8.300 kg per hour (± 99% fat), Product output: ±8.240 kg/h butteroil (± 99,9% fat), Bowl speed: 6.500 rpm, Motor: 18,5 kW - 380 V - 37 A - 1.470 rpm - 50 Hz - 3 Ph, Heavy liquid kg/dm3: 1,0, Solids kg/dm3: 1,4
