The nitrogen generators continuously supply nitrogen up to a maximum purity of 99.5%. After the compressed air flows through highly effective filters, the compressed air is decomposed in a hollow fiber membrane module into a concentrated nitrogen flow and an oxygen-enriched portion. The membrane process has the great advantage that it has no moving parts and is therefore wear-free. The operation of the generator is very simple: it is simply switched between compressed air and nitrogen lines.
