Used blister machine made by Empak, model PRS1. New 1999.
The machine is designed for forming nests in PVC foil, packing dragees or tablets into them, closing them with laminated and heat-sealable foils, punching ready-made packages in the form of blisters with their simultaneous marking.
Number of blisters across the width of the foil: 1-2.
Number of blisters formed in a flat die: 1-4.
Stroke: 70-140mm.
Molding depth: max 12mm.
Forming die area: 130x130mm.
Blister dimensions:
along the direction of film movement: 25-100 mm
perpendicular to the direction of film movement: max. 120mm.
