Hob (gas burner)
Number of burners: 6 stand-alone gas burners.
Burner configuration: Divided into two performance classes for flexible pot sizes:
3 x small/medium-sized burners: 3.5 kW each (burner head Ø approx. 80 mm)
3 x large power burners: 6.0 kW each (burner head Ø approx. 110/120 mm)
Total power hob: 28.5 kW gas output.
Equipment: Cast-iron pot supports (slide shelf) and thermoelectric ignition fuse on each flame for maximum operational safety.
Oven (undercounter)Type: Gas-powered large-capacity oven (statically heated) with piezoelectric ignition.
Oven power: approx. 8.0 kW to 9.0 kW burner power.
Inner dimensions: Suitable for Gastronorm grates and trays (GN 2/1).
Temperature range: Adjustable from 100 °C to 300 °C via a safety gas thermostat.
Connected loads
