Description

Intensive batch mixer with a usable filling per batch of 500 l. / 800 kg (max.), emptying via central bottom flap (hydraulically operated), tools: star whirler, mixing star with two blades and wall-to-bottom scraper. Agitator drive: 45.0 kW via V-belt (speed can be controlled via FU), drum and mixing star drive: 13.5 kW, hydraulic unit: 2.2 kW for lock actuation. Includes modern control cabinet with programmable control. Mixer completely overhauled in 2016. Available for an extra charge: Comfortable mixer platform / steel substructure incl. drawings and statics.
