Description

DOOSAN MX2100ST turning center, year 2022, equipped with FANUC 31i-B5 control. This multi-tasking lathe offers X1/Z1 travels of 565/1,050 mm, Y-axis ±85 mm, and B-axis indexing. Main and counter spindle each deliver 22/18.5 kW at 5,000 rpm with A2-6 nose and 8 chuck; 76 mm spindle bore accommodates bar stock up to ø65 mm. BMT55P turret with 12 driven tool positions (5,000 rpm) plus 80-station Capto C6 ATC with 12,000 rpm milling spindle (18.5/15/11 kW) and 2.0 s tool change. Single Swiss owner; delivered complete with LNS Sprint 565 S2 bar feeder (3.2 m, ø3–34 mm), 55-bar high-pressure coolant to milling spindle, electric tool-measuring arm, parts catcher, oil-mist extraction and HAINBUCH TOPlus/Mando workholding.
