The SERVOFEED PF200 product stacker is a compact, stand-alone stacking aid and supports production personnel in manual semi-automatic packaging tasks or in the pre-packaging of products.
The products are taken over in 1 lane, product stacks of the same or different height, e.g. stack height 6-8-6-8 packs, are formed and can be further processed by hand.
Application
The classic area of application of the SERVOFEED PF200 is line separation, e.g. after a thermoforming machine, on control devices, e.g. scales or metal detectors.
The resulting product stacks can then be manually inserted into E2 crates or cardboard boxes. The stand-alone packaging aid is characterised by an ergonomic working height. The space-saving machine can be moved quickly by means of a pallet truck or in the mobile version.
The quick-change system enables format-flexible use for different pack sizes, precise and product-friendly pile formation.
