Description
An Aurora single-head pulverising mill, American made, offered as a complete powder-making line in excellent working order with its full dust extraction system. Pulverisers grind plastic pellets into a fine, free-flowing powder for rotational moulding and other polymer powder applications.
The line includes the disc mill with feed hopper and vibratory feeder, an Eriez magnetic separator on the infeed, pneumatic transfer, cyclone and rotary valve discharge, Allen-Bradley PanelView controls with a full control cabinet, an access platform with handrails, and a jib crane with electric chain hoist (SWL 250kg) for disc changes. The dust extraction has external filter units with explosion relief venting in an ATEX-zoned installation, with full ducting and interconnecting pipework.
