Cooling tray type KW 1000-200-200 self-sufficient for strand cooling in the production of granules or filaments.

- a mobile and height-adjustable base frame made of welded steel raw, left machine version, painted
- Frame-height adjustment of the top edge of the water bath from 900 mm to 1050 mm
- a VA cooling tray 1000x200x200mm
- 2 pieces adjustable and mounted strand holder - clamped to water edge
- 1 piece wiper bled for partial strand drying
- 1 piece of adjustable tub plug for filling height adjustment
- 1 piece of VA water tank (reservoir) as service water tank
- 1 piece of bacon water pressure pump to supply the cooling tank with sufficient cooling water from the water tank
- 1 piece of direct 1/2" fresh water connection via float switch and solenoid valve for connection to the customer's side
Fresh water network
- Tub overflow - drain pipe DN50 for connection to the customer's sewer network
- Tub drain emptying via 1 1/2" ball valve for connection to the customer's sewer network
