This bottle unscrambler sorts round plastic bottles automatically and places on a conveyor at speed s of up to 100 pcs/min. Stable operation at low noise. - Specifications: bottle diameter: 45-90mm | bottle height: 75-240mm | sorting speed: max. 100 bottles/min | machine stops automatically when the bottles are jammed due to photocell | MITSUBISHI PLC, WEVIEW touchscreen, OPTEX photocell, SCHNEIDER frequency converter | Frame of stainless steel (SS304) | compressed air: 6-8bar | power: 220V, 2kW | machine dimensions: L2600xW1500xH1500mm. Optional: different unscramble trays for different bottle sizes.
