Overview This Robopac Helix 4 EVO is an automatic rotating-arm stretch
wrapper for pallet loads, built in 2021. It has less than 500
operating hours and is technically close to new. The arm carries the
pre-stretch carriage around the stationary pallet, so the load itself
is never turned - the configuration for unstable, fragile or heavy
loads at high output. Throughput reaches 82 pallets per hour at 11
wraps and 1,000 mm load height, 73 at 15 wraps and 1,600 mm, and 64 at
19 wraps and 2,000 mm. The machine has an integrated roller conveyor
and was built as a stand-alone unit, loaded and unloaded by forklift.
