Advanced technological tooling with a dense and symmetrical structure
of executive components. Designed for precise positioning and rigid
locking of geometrically complex components (e.g. car body sheets)
during automated welding or welding processes. The design is
characterized by a high degree of repeatability of base points and is
fully adapted to be mounted on a welding turntable.
LIST OF COMPONENTS:
1. DESTACO pneumatic (knee) clamps – 30 pieces. Heavy actuators
responsible for mechanical locking of the workpiece.
2. FESTO compact pneumatic actuators – 14 pieces. They are used to
eject positioning pins or auxiliary locks.
3. Pressure position sensors (inductive/magnetic) – approx. 30
pieces. They monitor the opening and closing states of actuators.
4. Pneumatic installation in thermal shields (Pyrojacket type) – a
complete bus system with flexible hoses in thick, red fire-resistant
braids protecting against welding spatter.
5. Valve terminals / pneumatic distributor blocks – 2 pieces. They
control the sequences of operation of individual pressures.
6. Positioning cubes, measuring bases (NC blocks) and pins. Precisely
milled support points with engraved technological coordinates.
7. Main structural frame – 1 piece. Rigid, stress-relieved welded
structure made of closed profiles, equipped with transport lugs and
mounting plates for turntable discs.
