GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Stand-alone technological tooling dedicated to a specific operation in
an automated production line. It is characterized by a massive, open
central frame and unified, heavy clamping units. The device works
directly with industrial robots in the thermal hazard zone, having
advanced installation protection and a dedicated mass current
dissipation system.
LIST OF COMPONENTS:
1. DESTACO main welding clamps with opening angle control – 20
pieces. Equipped with a mechanical angle scale (range 5-135°)
facilitating collision-free loading.
2. Eye bolts (transport eyelets) – 4 pieces.
3. Copper ground blocks (welding ground) – approx. 2 terminal
points. Thick copper connections to protect electronics and positioner
bearings from welding current.
4. Electro-pneumatic box (I/O junction box) – 1 piece. A collection
enclosure for signals from inductive sensors facilitating
communication with the PLC.
5. Base cubes (NC blocks) with a table of coordinates X, Y, Z –
approx. 25 pieces. Base posts (so-called shims) guaranteeing the
perfect spatial arrangement of the detail.
6. Pneumatic installation in red protective sleeves – a complete
power bus hidden in fireproof covers, routed safely inside the
profiles and through the edge grommets.
7. Base frame with technological stand – 1 set. It consists of a
galvanized working frame and a black service stand for off-line
maintenance work.
