Qty 1 x Carter MK3+ Banbury internal mixer,  chamber volume 90L,  batch weight approx 85kg,  2 wing tangential rotors,  drilled sides, roller bearings,  hydraulic drop door with linear actuator and spade latch.  F type dust seals.  With 325kw, 1070rpm, 715A, DC variable speed motor and controls.  Pneumatic hopper.  Complete with hydraulic unit, lubrication unit etc and in good condition (previously used for mixing coloured compounds).

Gearbox ratio 25.8:1, Power Rating 600kW. Complete with hydraulic powerpack and lubrication unit. Only used for softer compounds and in good condition. Currently without motor or electrical controls (can be quoted if required).

Currently fitted with fixed speed motor fitted - 355kW, 744rpm to give rotor speed 26.5rpm.
