TRUMPF TruMatic 5000 R punching machine was built in 2001 in Germany
by TRUMPF GmbH+Co. Maschinenfabrik. The machine has undergone regular
maintenance and has been serviced on an ongoing basis throughout its
lifetime. In 2025, among others, the oil pump, oil accumulators, head
seals and transoms were replaced.
The TruMatic 5000R is used for precision machining of both thick and
thin sheet metal. All machining processes, i.e. punching and marking,
are performed with a force of up to 22 tonnes on a large brush table.
The table has been specially modified to handle sheets with a maximum
length of 4 metres. Its design prevents any scratches or scrapes on
the surface of the sheet metal as well as significantly reducing noise
levels. The balls built into the table also facilitate the loading and
unloading of workpieces.
The TRUMPF TC 5000 R CNC punching machine is extremely easy to
operate. The intelligent SIEMENS CNC control is distinguished by its
intuitive interface, which allows even the most advanced programmes to
be created in just a few steps. The control system also has all the
necessary functions to carry out efficient, fully automatic machining.
All this makes the offered TRUMPF TruMatic punching machine an
