The continuous powder furnace from Royal Gold Industries was developed
for professional powder coating and thermal treatment of large
workpieces. With its generous internal dimensions of 4000 × 2000 ×
2000 mm, it offers a chamber volume of 16 m³ and is suitable for
large components, long workpieces and the simultaneous machining of
several parts.
The well thought-out flow concept with doors on both sides enables
efficient loading and unloading. The 3 integrated transport rails
support the structured guidance of the workpieces through the furnace
and facilitate integration into industrial production processes.
With a heating capacity of 60 kW and a circulating air system for the
even distribution of hot air, the furnace is designed for professional
use in industrial powder coating. The electronic temperature control
allows controlled adjustment of the required process temperature.
