The AL150 can be operated with
two hand-wheels or a lever. The machine is equipped with both
options.
The AL150 can be used to grind material from Ø 20
mm tot Ø 114.3 mm. The compound slide and carriage with rotatable
clamp are continually adjustable, which means the machine can grind
all pipe sections at every required angle between 30° and
90°.
The ALMI AL150 can be used to grind square, rectangular
and round pipes with a range of wall thicknesses and is suitable for
all customary types of materials. ALMI’s belt tensioning system
makes tensioning the grinding belt even easier. The belt is tensioned
using the hexagonal spanner supplied with the machine.
The
grinding belt can be tensioned quickly and the grinding rollers can be
changed in seconds.All pipe grinders are equipped with a deburring
table.
