Semiautomatic tray sealer for modified atmosphere packaging. Before sealing the tray with foil, a gas flushing device replace the current atmosphere inside the tray by a gas mixture and/or vacuum. The packaging machine can be equipped with a skin vacuum module (at a surcharge). The AMTEC tray sealer is particularly interesting for products from the food industry, as the modified atmosphere ensures that the food remains fresh and has a longer shelf life. Ribbon printer for BBD or batch number included in the price. PLC from OMRON, touch screen from WEINVIEW, servo motors from Panasonic, pneumatic valves and cylinders from AIRTAC. - Specifications: 2-lane version for handling 2 trays, (at extra charge handling of 4 or 6 trays per cycle possible) | chamber size: L350xW(100-400)mm, multi-tray processing possible within the range (at a surcharge) | max. cycle of the machine in neutral: 12 cycles/min (sealing only) or 5 cycles/min (vacuum/protective gas generation and sealing) | gas flushing mixture: N2 or N2+CO2 | output of pump for gas flushing: 63m?/h | current: 3PH, 380/200V | machine dimensions: B4517119 L1360xW740xH1530mm | weight: approx. 600kg.
