Horizontally cam driven, intermittent operating filling and sealing
machine, to fill and handle pre-made pouches (flat, doypacks) with a
corner spout. Suitable for extra-large pre-made bags. Integration of
liquid and paste dosing units possible. One bag is handled per machine
cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging
hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with a
second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to handle
two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter
can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when
processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user
