We are Renewed & Refurbishing Company from Poland
We prefer selling refurbished Roasters. Only in that case we are sure, then Roasters are ready to use and with complete and efficient equipment.

During refurbishing, we are preparing a lot of things, to make Roasters like new one and according to CE rules.

1. We buy a Roaster, to be a owner or make deal with owner, what is a range of automatisation (PLC, OP etc. or more manually).

2.We dismount every piece of Roster independently of diameter of Roaster. Doesn't matter it is 5kg or 250kg.

3. Every piece cleaned, sandblasted and prepared for painting

4. For painting we use only special heat-resistant paint based on silocone. Resistive till 600 degC of heat.

5. We dismount every old bearings, screws, nuts and throw it out. After that we put new good quality bearings (SKF or comparable) and only stainless screws

6. All old electrical wires and pneumatics is also replaced, by new heat-resistant(red) wires based on silicone.

7. Collect all parts together again. Designing new wire ducts and gas instalation pipes, valves and flame control (KROMSCHRODER) devices.

8. Preparing new cabinets and control for Roasting line. We use SIEMENS and PILZ safety devices to keep proper CE safety level.

9. At the end we made cold running test with Customer, preparing and sign ale TEST ACCEPTANCE documents. Preparing electrical and mechanical documentation, User Manual and train a setters or machine operators.

10. Due to Customer needs, we pack a machines according to IPPC rules and send it to every place on earth by truck, boat or plane (Extra payed).

11. If customer wants we are installing and debug with Roasers on customer's place (Extra payed).

We have service of any other Roasters (coffee, nuts, etc...) as well (24/7)
